Samsung Finesse - Accelerometer in the Fin

it seems that the Finesse actually have Accelerometer, cuz when you watch a video or a picture, and flip the phone to the landscape, it will flip the image too..
samsung didn't program it for texting but they did program it for PICTURE viewing and video viewing. and the accelerometer is pretty fast too...

i don't understand why they say that it doesn't have it, when it obviously does...
and why they didn't took advantage of this... hope that in the future they do

Who knows... MetroPCS doesn't seem to know what their own phones are capable of.

But to be on topic, yes. We know about the accel. It has very limited use as of right now. I'm surprised some company hasn't released labyrinth on it yet.

This is so frustrating, that the phone has the capability to be a great phone, but it's intentionally limited. They should make more effort to improve this thing for the $350+ they're charging.

umm actually now it does flip with the texting.. well at least mines does.. i just got mines switched out with the newer version... i love it!

Yeah the new versions will flip the screen for texting as well.....its a shame that there is so much potential wasted by the carrier limiting it Sad

what version do you have I want to update my phone to have the function and mine only does the image flipping not sms flipping. Let me know : )
