I've heard the scrolling issue on the browser is not fun.

Here is my question.  I don't care so much about 'full html' sites as I do just accessing mobile versions quickly and efficiently (on straighttalk evdo). Does the scrolling issue present itself when on mobile versions of websites? Or will those format correclty?

To be specific if I go to m.twitter.com - will I have a nice experience? Or m.facebook.com or m.flickr.com, etc.

Full html is nice - but I just want to be able to read/browse/post efficiently on the go.
