I'm so sad...  I got my new finesse on Thursday (2 days ago) and my 20 month old daughter stuck it in a cup of coffee.  Yes, I know I should have kept it out of her reach and I should probably just start using travel mugs for ALL my drinks.  I don't care about what I should or shouldn't have done.  At this point, its too late.

Does anyone have any advice?  I have it taken apart and in a bag of rice.  Will the touch screen even work if it dries out?

idk if the touch will work but the phone should come bac on. if u hav insurance on it u can just take it to the store u bought it from and they should b able to give u a replacement. just dnt tell them it was put in liquid. u will also have to probably pay a deductible for a replacement. hope i helped. Hi, I actually dropped my phone into a sink full of water. And I took it apart right away and let it dry for the whole day and mine was fine. I've had no problems with it. Hubby did take a blow dryer to it just to get all the extra water out of it. This was about a year ago. Hope this helps.

Well, when I got the phone out and tried to use it the screen was still messed up.  I could see the icons, but when I tried to click them, they didn't do anything.  Then, my little menu on the left started going whack.  So, I went online and made a claim with my insurance.  My deductible was $85 and I should get my phone tomorrow, since I couldn't finish the claim until today (they needed a copy of my ID).  It sucks, but I'm glad I got the insurance.  lol, I have never even purchased insurance before, but I knew with my kids, I would need it.  Thanks for ya'll's help.  I don't have a hair dryer or I would have tried it.  It has never failed me before, but I gave mine to my mom last year.  Oh well, lesson learned.  Smiley
