Has anyones phone ever restarted itself out of the blue. My phone has restart itself twice. it's so weard the screen will go to the black samsung screen like when you first turn the phone on, with the status bar loading the the turquoise intro screen that says metro pcs will appear then the phone goes back to normal. If this has happened to you please share. Thanks!

Never happened here. My phone is on most of time time. Probably off 2 , 3 minutes a day LOL. Might want to go to metro for that  No one should have to get used to their phone "Randomly restarting" What about emergencies?

Mine has on a regular basis. But it only happens sometimes when I'm exiting the mail@metro app. Besides that....it never happens.

Mine does it when checking AOL email, if there are more that 10 new messages....but only sometimes.....wierd.

My Finesse did it this morning checking Earthlink mail, until I deleted the message I sent from my phone and I replied back to. Programming didn't like that at all.

NOPE never did never has i had the phone senes it came out not one prob ive had with it it even last me 3:50 houers talk time so you should go to metor and get it checked out

After my last reboot from email I went back to email and got a popup saying that metro was having technical difficulties with the mail.

Mine reboots every time I exit mail@metro. a lot better than turning off after every single incoming text on another metro phone i had

Yes, it restarts all the time.
Once when it happened, I lost a contact I had just put in.
Frustrating, but honestly I do not feel I have any choice in the matter.
My experience with any Metro store has always been on the negative side-it's usually some young kid who doesn't care to know anything about the products.
Two differenet people at two different stores lied about the phone return policy to me, so I don't really expect much help about the phone restarting.
