Im not going to even pretend I know how but just wanted to throw an alternative your way.
Why not do like me and cut the middle man(funformobile) out and make your own ringtones, all I do is load a song into my voice recording program (i rap a little so I use cool edit pro, something you can get for free if you know where to look) cut the part i want, save it as mp3 and email it to my phone.....presto!!!, no copyrights, no problems
