Im getting this phone soon because i hate my phone because of the texting. Is the finesse a good phone to use for text messaging considering its a touchscreen phone?

I like it. It takes a little getting used to, but after 2 weeks it feels a lot more natural, imo. No more typos than on my old Slvr.

at first the qwerty screen lags a little  Undecided which i found that most touch screens do besides the i-phone. so its a little annoying tryin to type fast and the letters come out 3--5 secs later. wut u might have to do is recalibrate it in the phone settings menu and also increase the touch sensitivity. it helps a little

3-5 second delay? not for me n i never had to "recalibrate" anything. txting is a synch, especially in qwerty mode. most enjoyable and easy as i am typing away on the fin right now. however, the only inconvenience ive noticed whilst texting in qwerty mode is the awkwardness of switching to certain symbols and using CAPS. the biggest issue is lack of ability to highlight a block of text to copy & paste. that function is non-existant :/

i also have a bit of a delay on my fin, its annoying. I have to wait for the letter to appear before I continue, you dont have to, its just me because I dont llike typos.

You know what I don't like about the Texting on the fin is that you have to put the person in first before you type your message.
