Download this driver, which is from the Samsung website, but its not easy to find.

Why they made it so hard, I don't understand. N E way.

Download Microsoft ActiveSync 4.5:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsmobile/en-us/help/synchronize/activesync-register.mspx

You can download it w/o registering for the newsletter or with, its up to you.

Connect your USB cord to computer

Next, Go to My Computer, look at Device With Removable Storage Area, double click on removable disk(E)You will then see the videos and images you took.

I've been able to see, move, share & even transfer my videos - yesterday we made a dvd from four 5 minute videos we took using the pause/record feature  Grin

For vista users you can't use the link.

normally you just have to plug in your usb and it should auto install what u need for this phone.

I ALREADY DID THIS BUT THE SOFTWARE SAYS THAT IT CAN'T IDENTIFIED MY DEVICE, WHEN I CLIK CONNECT IT SAYS SO,AND I CAN't TAKE ANY ACTION, I NEED HELP... Angry

I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM , IT DOESNT IDENTIFY ANYTHIN N THE USB PORTS . I HAVE WINDOWS VISTA SO WHAT IS THE NEXT BEST THING TO DO FOR VISTA USERS ?
