My silicone skin and screen protector just arrived today from DayDeal.com.

The skin I got was SKU number SAMR810-SKIN-BLK.  It appears as though they're the same design in all colors, with the exception of the smoke.  Avoid them.  They're entirely too loose on the phone to be even the slightest bit "protective".  The biggest issue is that the sides of the skin with the MicroSD slot and charger port flop around pretty badly.  It's just not a stable design at all.  I even tried some industrial double-sided tape I had sitting around the shop, but of course it wouldn't bond to the silicone whatsoever.

The screen protector, on the other hand, fit like a charm.  SKU number SAMR810-SCREEN.  I highly recommend that, especially if you can avoid getting those tiny little scratches on your phone before it arrives.  I couldn't, but such is life.

I've emailed DayDeal about getting a replacement for the skin, so we'll see what they have to say.  If they want me to go through the hassle of standing in line at the post office/FedEx just to ship the old $13 one back before they'll send a new one, I'll likely just wait for something to be available locally so I can test-fit before purchasing and count the $13 as a loss.

EDIT: DayDeal has already responded with a generic copy+paste URL to their return form.  I wonder if businesses like this thrive because their products are too cheap for most people to bother returning when they find out it's a POS...  As much as I'd love to ship them back this thing on principal alone, I'll end up losing money on the deal by the time I waste an hour filling out their form and standing in line to ship it, then paying for shipping on top of that.  It's just not worth it.

Edit 2: After a little back-and-forth banter with "Jackie", she offered to send me a new one without having to return the old one.  Unfortunately it would have to be another of the same skin I already have, which means there's a 99.9999% chance that it's going to fit just as loosely as the one I currently have.

I'll just wait until I can find something locally so I can test-fit, or wrap the phone in electrical tape or something.

Oops.  Just noticed there's an Accessories forum.  Can someone from the moderation staff please move this thread?

Thanks, and sorry about the cross-post.

I just got my Silicone(no dust)case/Screen protect from ebay.  Screen protect looks like it'll fit- silicone doesn't.  They'll refund they said though.

Here in NYC area if you go to Canal St they have a case for $5 but it's form a different phone. 900???something?  Fit perfect so that's an option for all you locals.

As for the screen protector...(this is how cheap I am)...I held out buying one since I know ebay would take days.  I also held off removing the protector it came with with the printing on it.  I got some nail polish...and you know the rest.  Just be careful not to leak the polish into cracks. Wet the printing and let it sit...then scrub away. It's been on for 2 weeks now and it fine.  Cha-ching!
Good luck.

So just get some remover or some acetone with a cotton ball? Man, if only I had thought of that!

I used a q-tip.  It did take some effort to loosen the paint with nail polish remover. I don't know how acetone would work.
