There is a PC application that allows you to view and manipulate data on CDMA phones called BitPim. This will most likely be the first step towards indie application development for the Finesse (that I so squeamishly look forward to)!

Someone will have to mod the source of BitPim to work with the Finesse first, and publicly release it. After that, it would be best to release some IDE or compiler for the phone. The more people that buy the phone only makes the timeframe smaller.

I have a program for my Vu, thats called EFS Mod Tool, and it might be able to be used for the Finesse....i cannot upload it as the limit is 192KB, and the .exe is 938KB.....if anyone wants to try it to see if it will work for the Finesse, PM me, and ill send it through Email....

Its just like BitPim, but much faster at reading the file system, and you can move/delete complete folders unlike BitPim....Its made for LG's but might work....I use it for my Vu and i have over 50 themes, and modded the java security of the phone...thought id share.

Can you elaborate on this? Are you saying use a bluetooth dongle for a computer? How does connecting with bluetooth allow you to mess with the Fin more?
