i found that the antenna on my finesse is weak sauce!!!!!! idk if it is happening to others or maybe i just got a faulty one... i find my fin having 4 bars one second and 1 or 2 the next...even when im standing in the same spot... and sometimes i just lose connection and bars completely,,,therefore drop calls  i never had any type of signal or connection problem with my samsung messenger ... do you  guys  know if it might be the actuall phone..i need to know because if it is then i need to go and try to get the phone exchanged being that i got the phone less than 30 days ago. what do you guys think?

if you are past the 30days/60mins of use, you still MAY be able to exchange the phone under your 1yr warranty, but the bad part is that it will be exchanged for a "reconstructed" (refurbished) phone...  it might fix your problem, but its up to you if you're ok with trading it in for a different phone..

Oh, and if you are still within 30 days itll be free of charge, $10+tax after that.

Make sure its a corporate store, or else you're just going to be referred to one from the store you're going to. Dont want to make a 2 trips! And like i said before, they WILL exchange it, but its not going to be a "brand new" phone you're getting...

yah thats what i was thnking...ill go tomorrow and check it out...
