Well this is the kicker for those who wanted to get the first release batch of this phone, like everyone with the iphone...usually the first batch usually is the"trial" type and usually have small glitches, here and there and if lucky...then you got one thats perfect (or as close to perfect, depending on your def. on this)...see technology companies who release a great piece of technology out to the public live off the hype and demand for a product and then we all want it like crazy and can't hold back a few weeks after the release date to buy it and gotta have it right away and then the probability of getting one with a glitch is pretty high. Once everyone starts complaining about one thing not working on ther fin that does on everyone else, then Service companies and manufactures read up on posts like these and then work to put out a better batch, which was looked into better before shipping out to us consumers...unfortunately, you need to go back to the MPC dealer and let them know and get it exchanged for another one (hopefully you got insurance), they will then ship your back to Samsung with your complain or phone glitch and they internally discuss and gather the statistic or like cases out there and work on improving the phone's next batch shipping out....i got mine two weeks after the release and i had to hold myself back from getting it release date beacuse of these reasons (a MPC friend taught me all this).
