I have talked with several people who has this phone and their mymetro application won't open when they try it says error when starting. Is anyone else having this problem. However I have talked to 2 other individuals who's worked.

This service has become a nightmare... They have not been trained and I called Samsung and as they told this phone has no firmware, shareware, or nothing. You can't use any of the applications from samsung mobile because the carrier has blocked everything. The only thing you can do is download metro pcs stuff and nothing else. They have crappy stuff. I'm turning this thing back in and getting my money back so I can get a IPhone which is now running for $199 which is $100 cheaper than this crappy mess.

haha. going on contract?? Talk about a crappy mess  Cheesy just wait until that bill starts pilling up my friend.  Wink

mine doesn't work at all. i went to the where i purchased the phone and they told me i should be getting a text message in about 1 1/2 months giving instructions on how to download an update for the phone. it's been about 3 weeks since they told me this so i hope they weren't lying. i used to have the messager and mymetro did work. i like my phone and really hope metro get all these apps straight soon.

I wouldn't bank on it. I think this is a rouse intended to get you to leave them alone about it for a month and a half.
