I posted about how bad the service I have been having since July 2009. The post was moved out of here...censoring? Yes of course. Here is another complaint. My phone says -.12 is due for Nov. 3rd payment. I checked last week before I set up an auto pay through my bank. Today my phone says the same thing -.12 due 11/3. So today I get an email saying pay your bill of 62.** or your service will be interupted. I called to talk to CS. They said I can pay through them for a fee. just f*ing great, huh? Then the finesse sucks, it keeps shutting off by itself. I DREAD going to the corp. store to try to replace the phone...I can almost feeling this coming...like losing a nut...so much pain, so little fun. When I do get the phone replaced, I am shutting off the service with Metro and selling the new phone on craig's list or ebay and buying an iPhone...too much crap from metro...it is worth the contract and a few extra bucks each month for the service they provide over Metro...who has the worst customer service out of all the phone companies...too bad too, if Metro corp. can pull their heads out of their asses and fix that problem, they could be a leader in the cell phone business, but, they run it too cheaply and it shows and customers are leaving them everyday...join me and leave these idots to their own downfall and destruction.
