Your phone is so buggy it makes my head hurt. I'd take it back but it took me days beyond my 14 day try-n-buy to figure it out.  You've gotta fix this nonsense.

1. Sometimes, the alarm will fail to sound if you've put the phone in airplane mode. The phone thinks the time has been lost (because it's not updated by the carrier?). Trying to send a text will receive a response that the time and date must be set, first.

2. Geez- whats with the annoying crackle noise in the ear piece when I'm initially connected after dialing?

3. Put the memo pad on the widget, doggone it.  Better yet, make it possible for me to put whatever I want in the widget. I've bought a couple of games and I cant stick 'em in the widget?? Ugh.

4. Text entry is pokey and lags. It's so laggy that, when it auto-capitalizes the first letter of a sentence, you'll outrun the software and the 2nd, or even 3rd letter of the word gets capatilized, too. Annoying.

5. In camera mode, make the Night Shot button toggle. Save me a keypress, and DONT send me to another menu item where I have to select on or off.

6. In Dialer/contacts, let the search results have first AND last names. When I tap on a name, dont take me to the full page of names and make me press it again. Save me a few keystrokes and Just take me there.  Most of all, give me a backspace key so I can correct a mistake, instead of having to press cancel, exit, and start all over again.

7. Why wont you let me save my contacts and memos to my PC? Fix that, yeah?

8. Remove, from the phone's box, the claim that you can download your email, or at least add that the rental of a $3 a month email client app is necessary to do so.  You might want to add that Remo mail is a big load of horse doody, too.  Better yet, add your own, better, client to the phone and help put Remoba out of bid'ness.
