Im sorry to say that but you guys are just all wasting your time. The finesse has been INTENTIONALLY screwed up although its great components - in the current industry, it is easy to find great electronic components - made for cheap. but this phone is the CHEAPEST touch screen phone on the market. what would you think? samsung would make it a competition to its other - more expensive - touchscreens? of course not. And the worst here is not samsung with their 'made in 3 days' electronics but metroPCS who resell it to us three times the original price... Get an iPhone.

Okay thank you for your unhelpful, ranting post. Now gtfo and go to an iPhone site... If you truly knew how much of a ROBBERY the iPhone and its AT&T monopoly are, you would at the very least not say "Go get an iPhone". Firstly, without a contract, the iPhone is $600 (you think its costs that much when they make it in CHINA). Plus, to truly use the iPhone's features you end up paying $1000 monthly (or yearly, if I'm mistaken). The Finesse is a pretty bland touch phone, but that's why this sight exists.

I can call out and receive calls just fine. I've not had a problem. I can also watch HD movies. What else do I need from a phone?
