Finesse Going Crazy ! ):

I've had my finesse since july and it was working perfectly until today. Whenever i try to open anything, it just closes.. if i just leave the screen there, it dims a little after 10 seconds (like it's suppose to) but then after a few seconds instead of going black.. it just comes back on as if i pressed a button.

If i go to metro to complain about this, do you think they would let me replace it? (even though i don't have insurance) But i haven't dropped it or done anything to it that would make it do this.. so what can i do?

I know they can replace it under warranty, I think it costs $10.

wtf I'm having the same problem the phone is going crazy, not responding to touch opening and closing apps. Moving menus up and down by it self. I unno what to do is there a way to reset it with a button or something?

Make sure you try taking battery out for about 30 seconds too. I dont know if it really does any good, but it is recommended, so its worth a try.
