My Finesse doesn't work! What do I do?There are plenty of things to do, but first you should remain calm.
A good somewhat catch all solution is:
Just fyi, dont change the NAM on your phone, your number is programmed to NAM 1 and changing it is just going to lock you out
To unlock it your going to have to go to the
dialer first, and dial
#86568599#.
It will then prompt you to put in the security code, it may differ from area to area so pm me and i can let you know
Enter the security code and you should be able to access the menu
Change the NAM back to NAM 1 which should restart your phone
When it restarts, if its locked again, it should be the last 4 digits of your phone number

Dial *611 to get to the app and pretend like you're trying to buy a feature that doesn't exist. When it gives you the option to call, do it. You will get someone on the phone in less than a minute, usually.
