Author Topic: Help getting Hotmail email messages on my phone???  (Read 346 times)

I've had my Finesse for a month.  I can access the internet, but I cannot log on to my Hotmail to get my email.  It either gives me an error message that my password isn't right (It is!) or that the website took too long and it's timed out.  What am I doing wrong?  The people at the cell phone office said they don't know, and it's not a "smartphone" so maybe I can't even access my email.  Any ideas?  Thanks!  Traci

I have easily accessed hotmail through the widgets. Every now and again it fails to load but I just try again and it works. Are you going through the HTML browser of hotmail or the mobile.live.com ?

Wow!  I was using hotmail.com. I just tried your suggestion of mobil.live.com and it worked like a charm!  The people at my cell phone store coudln't even figure it out!!!!!!!  THANK YOU SO MUCH!  I have had this phone for 5 months and haven't been able to check my email!  Thanks again!!!

No problem. I have found, although the fin supporting HTML, I use mostly mobile website, they are so much more simplified.
