Samsung Finesse - help with receiving picture messages

my friend and i just both got the finesse. when we try to send picture messagas to each other they are unable to download. why is this happening? how can i send and receive pictures?

yes u can definately send multi media messages. u might have to call metro for support... Undecided

did you get this resolved?

If not, did you try in your Msg Settings: #9 Pic/ Vid Msg Download- set auto receive to "on"- maybe this will help.

I find that when my message settings are set to download automatically , the download never works!

Strangely enough when i have it set to prompt me, it only works about 2/3 times i try it. So I'm assuming it's just a connection speed, considering I'm only on 1X.

All I i do is cancel the download and try it again in about five minutes, usually the second time around it works. If It's a problem that persists, calling metro support would be the best thing to do.

yeah it was a network thing. it seems to be working now. sometimes i find i have to turn the phone off and back on again when it starts acting up like that. thanks yall for your help.
