i need a how to on putting mp3's on my finesse. i got the usb cord that came with it but i have no clue on what programs to use or anything. any help would be appreciated. thank you

ok take it out and put in the adapter and put in computer , then there will be files my ringtones , my music . put in music one ones that you want to listen in player ,and ring tone one . just copy and paste , or drag and drop your mp3s into the file you want them to be in ..

This does not work for me! I have win XP, a MicroSD card, and a Targus card reader. I cant drag/drop as when i try to grab the file, all I get is a circle with a line through it like its not allowed. So then I go into win media player, click on Copy to Device, choose F:, then copy, I keep getting an error message. Nothing I do works! I am sooo annoyed that Straight Talk doesnt have a site for downloading ringtones, like Verizon has built right into the phone. Someone pleeeeaaasee help! Im ready to go back to Verizon!

stop listening to music and see you got jipped. help start a class action suit for the finesse being a rip. it has been nothing but crap since day one and we all who paid 400.00 could have bought Iphones had we known they were going to limit the sch-r810 the way they did.
everyone counts!!!! join the hanset replacement movment and let them know we're not settling till we get everyones replaced. flood the support lines and complain now...
we will win as the customer is always right.
