Background info: Phone has none or very little water damage, A lot of falling damage but seemed to work perfect before this.

Issue - 5 to 10 minutes into my phone being on the screen turns WHITE, the area where the Menu, Msg and Dialer is turns GREY. At this point I'm only able to receive calls. Before the screen turns WHITE all the features are available, Navigator works etc.

In addition - When trying to send a message it gets stuck on the SENDING MESSAGE . . . Screen and the only way out of that is to take my battery out. In trying to open a picture message i get an Error while Opening popup. When trying to send a picture message i receive an Invalid Dest. address or Msg Info. Finally, when i try resending an outbox message my phone restarts.  Also when trying to connect it to a computer it says Unknown Device, Unable to install drivers, and The device is not working properly etc.

It recently got like this, and out of the blue. I was hanging with some friends just relaxing and once i got home the phone started acting up, i didn't drop it that day once nor had liquid get on it.

Is there any Solution? Ive called in Support but they're misleading and my last call to a corporate store told me they don't have anyway to fix it. I don't have warranty, only insurance so should i just get a new phone?

Thanks.
I've tried reset, OTA reprogramming, and taking it into a corporate store since they supposedly have the solution. None worked.

I'd have to look through the howto's, but I think I remember a post about resetting the phone to factory defaults.  Lucky the insurance on these went down recently (if you have metropcs), so you may want to lost it.

I've tried the  resets before they say it has something to do with a data bug or similar.
