Hey , im in the northeast FL area. my finesse isnt sending my txt messages.. anyone having similar problems?

it keeps saying

Message Delivery Failed

(General Problem)

i dunno why , it was working fine last night. this morning i recieved some txt messages and it was fine. but i randomly cant send any messages now

i hope this is jus the network down or sumthin for a short time. i dont have insurance on my phone and i dont have the money to go out n buy a new one. hopefully this problem is fixed soon.
