I went to register my product with Samsung website. There I went to support. Then I ofund that there were some things required for you to download for the Samsung finessee... one was either Adobe Reader or Djvu... I'm trying to download this djvu thing and I believe once I do that it will bring up something similar to Itunes or something where you are supposed to have all of your content. There is no way this thing can work without something similar to that or windows media player or something. They have done a sorry ass job with tech support and the people selling these things don't have a clue about anything. Which has left us trying to figure out stuff all by ourselves..If I can't get this thing working the way I want I'm returning this bad boy\!

If the Finesse is like the other metro phones, which are CDMA, the only thing you can do is add wallpaper and ring tones, or whatever is free through metro.
