I have had my phone for about 3 weeks now, and since the day i got it i have been searching for and type of troubleshooting guide to help me. I connect the USB support connect cord (the one it come with) the computer installs files (or so it says) but nothing....    I have restarted, refreshed... you name it, but still no response    Please help me...
