ok, so what type of files does the finesse support and actually play?? ive tried playing mp4s and 3gp and it they wont play, it says the files are unsupported,,,, so what files have you guys successfully played on the finesse... i hope some of you can help because im a lil confused and frustrated,,,,
Only specific types of mp4 and 3gp files can play on the Finesse. They are "container" files that require additional codecs specific to the file platform. We're looking into what the limitations are on these containers and will let you know asap.
We do know that most or all 3g2 files play, however. You may consider using that format exclusively for now.
