I have a finesse. I thought I would try Metro after all the contract services. Well, someone created my account to be "high security". However no one told me. I tried to get voice mail during the first week using the pw. It was incorrect, I put in the correct pw that I was told when I bought the phone, but it was wrong, I got jacked right away. I got locked out. I called 611, they said there is a second pw. They told me to go back to the store where I bought the phone. I did. I was told I have to call 611. I did. I was told to go to another metro store, I did. They said call 611. I did. I was told to go to the main store...I did...they could not help because there is a second security pw. I said, WTF, I know that? That is why I am here to get help. They said, too bad but no can do. They emailed corp to call me. No one called in 5 days. I called 611 again. I was told I have to go to the corp. office for help...I want to sell the phone back and stick the box up their a** sideways. This is the worst service I had ever had...Ever. Oh, almost forgot, the phone shuts of by itself when in text and email messages...that sucks.
Any similar stories, post here. But beat this, bet you can't.

Metro's customer service sucks.... usually the PW is your birthday in this format MM/DD/YYYY. Yeah, I learned that the hard way.

The customer service is awful. They shut my phones off cause of a mistake they made and You cant even call them off your phone when they shut you off. And the computer is awful.. It takes forever to finally get to talk to a human being...

Pfft... it takes me about 10 minutes before I can actually connect to a human, it's horrible...

Sorry, but that is the process that sucks as bad as actually talking to someone. I went to the corp. store...they said they could not help me either...so I go out and get into the car and call my voice mail...and low and behold...the pw's were reset and a wasted trip to the store because the dickheads could not call me to say the were able to reset the pw's. That's a fine how do you do. Right in the shorts, again. Anyway, when I paid my first bill 2 days before it was do online, it did not process fast enough and my phone was turned off. I called from the house phone and paid over the phone...the next day the payment cleared so now I paid double. But then I called when the next payment was due to make sure it cleared, they said I have a free month and I didn't have to pay...so why did they shut the phone off on the first month if I had a free month? I don't know and I don't think they know. Keep the replies coming.

Sound like the custormer service SUCKS ASS over at MetroPCS. I'm with Straight Talk and have not had any issues yet, but will see.
