Search for Text String java
"and count"  Grin
I would also compare it with searches for "java " and "javascript"

The Operation System in R810 is based on BREW...

So all other things like Flash or JAVA runs in Virtual Machines...
So you need the correct BREW Extension to run it.

Normally you should find java.MIF and the additional stuff...
If they disabled JAVA. So java.MIF and the other files removed from AMSS (Firmware).

In case of R810 there is NO *.MIF with java included. BUT many JAVA Strings...
Maybe they hide JAVA in Modules... I don't know...

Why else you can find in R810:
JAVASCRIPT
JAVA is Trusted
.
.

I would think that JAVASCRIPT finds would be for the browser... it is JAVASCRIPT enabled...

That's why I suggested my additional searches to eliminate all javascript references (or similar crazy ones like javacode idk).

You can help by going to the limit that you understand. Sign up to help edit the manuals or, anything really. A lot of the work is by brute force, anyways.

Thanx for asking.

At the moment we have only 1 Developer...
And we have the problem to add Touchscreensupport.

As the Developer has NOT R810 or other Touchscreen Device to test...

Remember the "Mainproblem"...

You need valid *.sig file to install any BREW App...

Contact me via PM if you need more details.

Best Regards
