You need to "hack" the phone.

I know xbox said you can replace the current pictures with different ones, but you just need to name them the same as the originals.

I'm trying to locate the directory myself so I can change mine.

You'll need QPST, your SPC code... And I'm not sure what else yet.  Once I'm successful, I'll let you know.

I'm not sure, I've been trying to locate the files via QPST and I've also tried some other option with no luck yet.  I'll give SPST a shot though.  They must be in some directory not able to be viewed/accessed by QPST because I've been all through the file system with no luck.  I can't locate any of the files with the names that show up on the phone.  Maybe they are named differently?

I'm still poking around...  I'll let you guys know what I find. (xbox is not around currently so I can't just easily ask the question, although I'm learning a lot by doing myself and not leaning on folks...)
