It took me a couple days because according to Cellcom customer support, "Cellcom does not support tethering".  Still, I knew there had to be a way when I saw the CDMA modem installed in my Windows 7 device manager.  It was way simple, no hacking or special settings needed.  Simply do the following.
Connect your Finesse using the USB cable.  It will automatically install a CDMA modem driver.
Setup a dial-up connection using the CDMA modem.  Phone nbr is #777, user/pwd is guest/guest.
Go to the phone settings menu on your Finesse and change the PC Connection option to USB Modem.

Your done!  Connect and surf away!  BTW, my stats for my connection are 0.51 Mb/s download speed, 0.07 Mb/s upload, and 338ms ping at a distance of 100 mi.  These stats are according to Speedtest.net
