I was able to build my own start up animation!!!

(with the help of a friend in Germany...lol)
So here is how i did it:
Useing BrewFM (Brew File Manager) I saw a folder in brew/mod called resources. In this folder is Brew files for how the phone runs...images, icons, etc.
This file folder and its contents is not viewable via QPST. So i placed a small text file in the resources folder with BrewFM, it then becomes viewable in QPST... but the contents are still hidden.
With BrewFM i copied some of the files from the resources folder to my MMC, then to the computer via QPST.
The file in question here is called metro.bar (.bar is a brew resource file) It contains the start up, shutdown animation... and some other things too.
I then use BREW Compressed Image tool and made a new .bci file (kinda like a animated GIF)
Then useing Hex Workshop to view the binary of the new BCI file, and copied it.
Then useing Brew resource editor. opened the metro.bar, and pasted the new binary (copied from the BCI file) into the place for the startup animation.
Below is the youtube vid i made

LET THE GAMES BEGIN!!!
