The Finesse is basically half a year old now, and a very useful subforum here is completely cluttered. Since I actually have a breath of a moment of time, I am making this manifesto topic. In part, it is an attempt to try to get one simple thing across to the supposed mature audience who will be reading it. Let me attempt to make a list of rules to cover this idea, to try to keep things clear.

1. This subforum has a specific purpose. It stores, maintains, and updates Solved Problems.
2. This subforum in no way should be used to solve individual exclusive problems directly. Use the Help! subforum for that (or the Targeted Efforts if you know it belongs there, otherwise no).
2a. If a HowTo needs expansion, updating, further explanation, or variants on those themes - those types of problems are properly resolved here, nothing else.

Please, try to comprehend what I'm saying here. I don't want to develop some martial law abuse rules that ban or limit anyone any more than is already in place, but further negligence of purpose and principles here may force someone's hand. It's the nature of the beast, sorry. Comments?
