To unlock it your going to have to go to the dialer first, and dial #86568599#.
It will then prompt you to put in the security code, it may differ from area to area so pm me and i can let you know
Enter the security code and you should be able to access the menu
Change the NAM back to NAM 1 which should restart your phone
When it restarts, if its locked again, it should be the last 4 digits of your phone number

The security code is a code used to access the phone's programming screen, so it may differ depending on your location, but if im not mistaken i believe metro uses the same code, no matter what market you're in: 587846
