Here's a way I just found to avoid using menu prompts for MetroPCS. I got someone on the line in less than 2 mins!

This process dials 800 553 9315 for you. I suggest adding this number to your contacts. Let us know if this number has changed with the following process for you.

1. Dial 611. You're now in myMetro.
2. Rate Plan & Features.
3. Add Features.
4. Scroll down to More Features.
5. Yes, Call MetroPCS.
6. Post here if the number it calls is different than the one above.

Thanks because it's like their system doesn't want you to speak anyone.. Who wants to speak to a computer.. I will try this method cause I just called and couldn't get anyone on the phone.
