Gotta have your ESN. Call your carrier and get it.

We can't add games either. They have to have it because it's a standardized number across all BREW phones. The people you talked to just have no idea, not in the loop. Sorry you have to deal with that.

The serial number for your r810c is the MEID Decimal.  Behind the battery is the MEID Dec and MEID hex (A00000XXXXXXXX).

Go to:
http://www.l4digital.com/Tools/Conversion.aspx
http://www.l4digital.com/convert.php

to convert from MEID hex/dec to ESN hex.  Then get the ESN dec.

Go to:
http://designstudioexpress.com/spc_tool.html?1

to convert from ESN dec to SPC.  I received my 6 digit SPC, but it did not work in my r810c)
